  6. Active ocular disease such as 
  7. keratitis, conjunctivitis, iritis,
  8. etc.  Be sure such conditions 
  9. are cleared prior to fitting.

  11. If the patient has a history of 
  12. recurrent ocular disease such as 
  13. iritis, herpes ulcers, conjunctivitis, 
  14. recurrent erosions, etc. the 
  15. patient should normally not be 
  16. fitted.
